| Obverse description | Tan and cream letterpress note with a panoramic vignette of the town of Horn in the background, divided between a church spire at left and a tower at right. The central text panel carries the issuer name and denomination in bold Gothic blackletter type. Below the denomination text, a guarantee clause in smaller type states the municipality's full liability, dated Horn, 4 June 1920. Denomination numerals '20' appear in each corner, and three manuscript signatures appear at the foot beneath printed role designations for Vizebürgermeister, Bürgermeister, and Gemeinderat. |

Flanking text in cursive script explains the issue purpose — relief of the small-change shortage — and states a total issue of 100,000 Kronen, accepted by the Gemeinde Horn until 15 October 1920 and redeemable in legal tender. The lower margin bears the imprint of the printer at left and the designer's name at right, with an anti-counterfeiting warning along the bottom edge. |
