The heading repeats the note's title and denomination ('Kassenschein der Stadtgemeinde Horn über Zwanzig Heller'), followed by a justification paragraph explaining that the notes were issued to alleviate the small-change shortage, with a total issuance of 100,000 Kronen, redeemable without interest by the municipality of Horn up to 31 July 1920 and exchangeable for legal tender between 1 and 31 July 1920. An anti-counterfeiting warning line appears below, and the printer's imprint 'F. Berger, Horn' is placed at the lower right. |
