| 表面の説明 | Printed in green on cream paper, the obverse carries a landscape vignette at left with a stone arched bridge spanning the Ybbs river, a church and wooded hillside rising behind it. The issuing authority is identified in bold block lettering to the right of the vignette, with the denomination numeral '20' enclosed in a circular cartouche below; the legend 'ZWANZIG-HELLER' runs in large capitals along the lower margin. A wavy-line guilloche border frames the entire composition. |

| 裏面の説明 | The reverse is printed in green Fraktur script on a cream ground, contained within a plain rectangular border. A central text block identifies the note as a Gutschein of the Gemeinde Hollenstein an der Ybbs for 20 Heller, declares it interest-free and redeemable in legal tender until 31 December 1920, and includes a counterfeiting warning. Three facsimile signatures of municipal officials are arranged below the text block, with the printer's imprint at the foot. |
