A ghost underprint of the ornate obverse cartouches is faintly visible through the paper. The text, entirely in Gothic script, states the issuing authority, denomination, the legal basis of issue pursuant to the municipal council resolution of 25 May 1920, the redemption conditions, and a counterfeiting warning, with the printer's imprint 'Druck: Lanz, Eferding.' at the foot. |
