A central vignette presents a view of the Gross-Siegharts church tower with surrounding rooftops, framed by decorative geometric and foliate border panels. Above the cartouche the word 'GUTSCHEIN' is set in bold lettering, with the denomination '20' repeated in each corner within decorative geometric panels. Redemption text states that the note is valid from 15–31 December 1920 and is redeemable for legal tender cash; the Vizebürgermeister and Gemeindevorstand signature lines appear at the foot, along with the printer's imprint 'DRUCK, BUSCHER WAIDHOFEN A.D.
