| 备注 |
Götzendorf an der Leitha issued this 20 Heller note as part of Austria's postwar Notgeld wave — a period when the collapse of the Habsburg monetary system left small municipalities printing their own fractional currency simply to make change. The central government could not supply coins fast enough, and communities across Lower Austria filled the gap themselves.
The Jaksch/Pick JPR0246 series documents several denominations from this market town. These hyper-local issues typically had short circulation windows and were redeemable only within the issuing community, which means survivors often reflect genuine local use rather than collector hoarding.
