| Obverse description | The note is divided into two distinct panels. The left panel carries the denomination in Gothic blackletter script reading 'Zwanzig Heller' above a large circular vignette with the numeral '20 h.' rendered in teal ink within an ornate foliate surround, and the issuance date 'Juli 1920' below, with the designer's signature 'Robert Leitner' at lower left. The right panel, enclosed within a decorative border of grapevine motifs, bears the heading 'Gutschein der Gemeinde Gainfarn' in Gothic script above a letterpress landscape vignette of the village of Gainfarn with its church and surrounding countryside. Below the vignette appears the legal redemption text, followed by four manuscript official signatures with their respective titles. |
