The left panel carries the municipal arms within a laurel wreath above the denomination inscription 'Gutschein über 20 Heller' in Gothic blackletter script, flanked by ornamental foliate borders with interlaced strapwork. The right panel presents a detailed letterpress vignette of a panoramic aerial view of Fischamend, with a monoplane in flight above the townscape and a church tower visible to the right; the printer's imprint 'PAUL GERIN, WIEN, II.' appears at lower left and the designer's signature 'Anton Peschke' at lower right.
