The upper portion carries a block of Gothic text setting out the legal basis and redemption terms of the Notgeld issue, dated 9 May 1920, followed by the mayor's signature line 'Der Bürgermeister: Franz Weixlbaumer' and an anti-counterfeiting warning. The lower register displays the denomination '20 Heller' in bold type within a decorative architectural frame flanked by two potted topiary trees. |
| 裏面の銘文 | Gutschein der Gemeinde Eidenberg. Zur Behebung der herrschenden Kleingeldnot gibt die Gemeinde Eidenberg in Oberösterreich auf Grund des Sitzungsbeschlusses vom 9. Mai 1920 Gutscheine aus. Diese Gutscheine sind unverzinslich und werden in der Zeit vom 1. bis 31. Oktober 1920 von der Gemeinde :: Eidenberg in gesetzlichem Bargeld eingelöst. :: Der Bürgermeister: Franz Weixlbaumer. Nachmachung wird gesetzlich bestraft. 20 Heller |
