| Obverse description | Printed in red and olive-brown on cream paper, the note carries the denomination numeral '20' within concentric circles at left and right, each inscribed 'HELLER' above and below. The central panel, set against a stippled guilloche ground, bears the municipal coat of arms of Braunau am Inn — a shield divided with horizontal stripes and a rampant lion — beneath which appears a facsimile mayoral signature.
