A banner at the top of the vignette reads 'GUTSCHEIN DER GEMEINDE', and a lower ribbon carries the inscription 'BACHMANNING 1920'. To the left, a bold vertical denomination panel displays '20 Heller' in large decorative Gothic lettering, with '20' and 'h' repeated at upper corners. |

| 备注 |
Bachmanning is a small village in Upper Austria, and like hundreds of similarly sized municipalities it resorted to printing its own emergency small change — Notgeld — when the postwar coin shortage left daily commerce nearly impossible. The 20 Heller denomination addresses the most acute end of that shortage; coins of this value had effectively vanished from circulation by 1920, hoarded or melted as the old imperial monetary order collapsed.
Municipal Notgeld from villages this small typically survives in collector hands rather than through actual circulation wear, as issues were often bought up by dealers and philatelists almost immediately upon release.
