The vignette is framed by an elaborate Art Nouveau border of intertwining floral and foliate scrollwork, with rose motifs at the corners. The denomination numeral '20' appears at upper left and a separate panel at right carries the word 'HELLER' in bold lettering; three facsimile signatures of municipal officials appear along the lower margin beneath their respective titles, with the artist's name Anton Babiom noted at lower right. |
