The central vignette depicts a panoramic view of Amstetten with a prominent church and surrounding townscape amid trees, executed in fine letterpress line engraving. The numeral '20' appears in dark oval cartouches at lower left and right, and the validity date 'Gültig bis 31. Dezember 1920' is inscribed below the vignette; designer signatures 'C. QUEISER' and 'Anton Trschke' appear at the lower corners. |
