| Descrizione del dritto | Printed in black letterpress on plain white paper, the obverse is framed by an ornamental border of diagonal hatching with scrollwork corner devices, surmounted by a ribbon banner bearing the issuer inscription. Two circular guilloche roundels flanking a bold central cartouche each carry the numeral 20, while between them the denomination legend "HELLER" is set in large gothic type. At centre, a circular municipal seal vignette encloses a church with bell tower encircled by the legend "S.A.M. NEWMARCKHT", with the guarantee clause distributed across flanking text panels and the Bürgermeister signature line with manuscript signature at lower right. |

| Descrizione del rovescio | The reverse is printed entirely in black letterpress on white paper within a dotted rectangular border, with a decorative column vignette on each lateral margin. The central field carries a multi-line blackletter text block recording the total issuance of 30,000 Kronen, the redemption period from 1 July to 1 September 1920 at the Gemeindekasse in Neumarkt, and the issue date of 1 May 1920. Below the committee heading "Das Komitee:" appear three manuscript signatures, with the denomination numeral 20 repeated in each corner and a caution against counterfeiting at the foot. |

September 1920 bei der GemeindeKasse in Neumarkt in gesetzlichem Bargeld. Neumarkt, am 1. Mai 1920. Das Komitee: Nachmachung wird gesetzlich bestraft. |
