Beschrijving voorzijde	Central field bears the Slovak national coat of arms — a pointed shield displaying the patriarchal double-barred cross rising from a three-peaked mountain — flanked on either side by decorative leafy linden branches forming a partial wreath. The circular legend SLOVENSKÁ REPUBLIKA arcs around the upper periphery, while the four-digit date is inscribed at the bottom of the field, flanked by two small dots. The design, engraved by Andrej Peter, presents the heraldic motifs in a clean, sculptural relief against a flat field.

Beschrijving keerzijde	A panoramic view of Nitra Castle perched atop a rocky promontory dominates the upper portion of the field, with radiating sunbeams emanating from behind the castle complex and filling the upper field. The castle is depicted in detailed relief showing its fortified walls, towers, and the prominent Baroque church tower. The large numeral '20' occupies the centre of the lower field in bold relief, with the denomination legend HALIEROV inscribed in an arc along the lower periphery, flanked by short dashes. The composition, engraved by Anton Hám, effectively combines a nationalist architectural motif with a bold, legible denomination.
