Obverse description Central vignette of the Golden Gate (Goldenes Tor) prison tower of Danzig, rendered in fine engraved line work against a guilloche underprint in the lower portion of the note. The coat of arms of the City of Danzig is positioned in the left field. Denomination numerals appear in rectangular frames at each corner.
