Obverse description The obverse features a large central device of the Chinese characters 喜乐 (joy and happiness) in high relief against a mirror-polished field engraved with orchid blossoms. Surrounding the central device is a segmented circular band bearing the ten Snake years of the Chinese zodiac cycle (1917 through 2025). The legend SINGAPORE arcs above in the frosted outer border field, with the Chinese equivalent 新加坡 below.

Reverse description The reverse displays two finely textured silver snakes gracefully entwined around a gilt Ruyi scepter at center, set against a dark mirror field decorated with engraved orchid sprays. Colorized yellow Dancing Lady Orchids appear in the upper and lower fields. The denomination MINT$10 and issuer legend THE SINGAPORE MINT appear in the lower border, with the weight and fineness legend 20 GRAMS 999 FINE SILVER arcing above, and the Chinese character 蛇 (snake) to the left.
