Symmetrical dragon vignettes occupy the left and right borders, flanking rectangular denomination panels inscribed '20' and 'FRANCS'. A central text block carries the statutory anti-counterfeiting warning under Article 139 of the Penal Code, while a horizontal guilloche band bearing the repeated legend 'BANQUE DE L'INDO-CHINE' runs across the lower portion; designer and engraver credits appear in the lower margins. |
