| 背面描述 | The reverse depicts two ice hockey players in full protective equipment engaged in close physical contest, rendered in high relief with dynamic sculptural detail by engraver Robert Hirter. The figures are shown in vigorous action, with sticks crossing and bodies in competition, conveying both movement and athleticism. A hockey puck is visible in the lower field beneath the players. The legend 'ICE HOCKEY' arcs along the upper left periphery, while the centennial dates '1908' and '2008' are positioned respectively at the upper centre and along the right rim, commemorating one hundred years of the Swiss Ice Hockey Federation. The engraver's signature 'R. HIRTER' appears in small capitals in the lower right field. |

Switzerland's ice hockey federation celebrated its centenary in 2008, having been founded in 1908 — making the country one of the earliest adopters of organized hockey outside North America. The Swiss national league had by then grown into one of the more financially robust club competitions in Europe, drawing considerable North American talent priced out of the NHL.
