The Republican legend 'REPUBLIQUE FRANÇAISE.' arcs along the upper periphery, while the date 'AN 12.' appears in the lower exergual area within the wreath. The mint mark 'A' (Paris) is positioned to the lower right, flanked by decorative dots. A dentilated border surrounds the entire design.
