Obverse description The obverse is printed entirely in blue, with allegorical vignettes of Mercury and Ceres seated on pedestals positioned at the left and right margins, each within an oval guilloche medallion rendered in brown. The central field carries the denomination numeral '20' in large blue letterpress, flanked by intricate lathe-work underprint, with the issuer's name and value inscriptions distributed across the upper and lower registers. Engraver and designer credits appear along the lower border in fine intaglio lettering.
