Descrizione del dritto	Dominant red and orange tones on the obverse, centred on a large intaglio vignette of a hand holding a light beam directed toward a stylized globe rendered in deep violet and teal, evoking themes of knowledge and global connectivity. A red Swiss cross appears in the upper left corner against a geometric guilloche underprint with interlocking lattice and triangular patterns, while a microprinted outline map of Switzerland is visible at lower left. The denomination numeral '20' in large red letterpress occupies the lower left, with the issuing authority inscriptions in red and teal along the bottom margin.

Descrizione del rovescio	The reverse, also in red and rose tones, is dominated by two large intaglio swallowtail butterflies rendered in fine violet engraving against a radiant sunburst guilloche underprint in red and ochre, symbolising time and transformation. A transparent window element is integrated into the Durasafe substrate near centre, flanked by intricate fine-line patterns and a teal wavy underprint in the lower register. The denomination in German and Romansh, serial number, signature lines, and printer attribution appear in the lower half, with the bank name inscribed vertically along the left margin.
