表面の説明	The right portion of the note is occupied by a finely engraved intaglio vignette of a crocodile on a riverbank, rendered against a background of reeds, palm trees, and distant hills. To the left, a guilloche shield cartouche bears the denomination inscription "VINGT FRANCS / PAYABLES A VUE", flanked by the numeral 20 in ornate corner medallions. Two signature lines appear below the central vignette, with title legends "UN ADMINISTRATEUR" and "LE PRÉSIDENT", and the date is printed at lower right.
