| Obverse description | Green letterpress voucher on cream paper with a fine geometric guilloche underprint covering the entire face. The issuer's name VILÁGÍTÁSI ÉS VIZMŰ RÉSZVÉNYTÁRSASÁG is inscribed across the top, with the denomination HUSZ FILLÉR repeated twice — once in a central cartouche framing the numeral 20 within an ornamental frame of scrollwork, and again in a smaller box at the upper right alongside the numeral 20 and a serial number at lower right. A two-line legal text in Hungarian below the central vignette states the note's exclusive validity for use at the Székesfehérvár construction site of the Lighting and Waterworks Joint Stock Company, with the expiry date Érvényes 1920. augusztus hó 31-ig. printed at the foot. |

Székesfehérvár's municipal utility company — responsible for gas lighting and waterworks — resorted to issuing its own fractional emergency notes in 1920 when small-denomination coinage effectively disappeared from circulation across Hungary. This was not an unusual decision; hundreds of Hungarian municipalities, cooperatives, and commercial enterprises issued similar szükségpénz that year, flooding the country with locally-backed paper of wildly uneven reliability.
