Obverse description Green and black notgeld printed in letterpress. The upper portion carries a central vignette of the Hungarian double cross rising from a crown above stylized waves, set within a Gothic arch flanked by ornamental pillars, with the denomination numeral '20' appearing on both left and right sides. The lower green panel bears the guarantee text in Hungarian in bold letterpress type, dated 1920. December hó 31-ig, with two manuscript signatures below identifying the managing director (ügyvezető igazgató) and cashier (pénztárnok). The issuer's name and address arc along the upper border within a decorative frame.

Reverse description Plain unprinted reverse of coarse brownish paper, showing show-through of the obverse design elements in a faint mirror image. A small oval control stamp in dark ink appears in the lower left corner, the only deliberate marking on this side.
