| Obverse description | Brownish guilloche underprint on yellowish paper with black letterpress text. A vignette of the city coat of arms of Osijek is printed centrally in the underprint. The denomination '20 filira' is set in large bold type at centre, with the issuing authority title across the top and multi-line redemption and authorisation text below, including the date 'Osijek, 1. srpnja 1919.' and the manuscript signature of the Gradski načelnik (City Mayor) to the lower right. |
