| Description de l’avers | Printed in dark blue on cream paper, the centre vignette presents a front-facing bust of a helmeted soldier rendered in an Art Nouveau–Deco style, flanked on either side by large numeral '20' above the denomination legend 'FILERI'. Spread wings rise behind the helmet, and a dotted geometric underprint fills the background of the central panel. A dense ornamental border of stylised foliate and geometric motifs frames the entire note, and three lines of Romanian text across the lower portion state the redemption guarantee. |

| Description du revers | Printed in dark blue on cream paper, the reverse centres on a large circular guilloche medallion enclosing the bold numeral '20', surrounded by a dotted ring and laurel sprigs. Redemption text in stylised Romanian script is divided into two vertical columns flanking the medallion, with the issuer's name and date 'Timișoara 1. Decemvre 1919' in the right column. The denomination 'FILERI' appears in large bold letterpress at the foot, and the four corners each carry the numeral '20' within ruled squares, all enclosed by an elaborate Art Nouveau ornamental border. |
