| Reverse description | Central device features a sinuous five-clawed Qing imperial dragon depicted in high relief, facing forward with head turned slightly, surrounded by flames and cloud scrolls, occupying the majority of the coin's field. The upper peripheral legend reads MANCHURIAN PROVIENCES (misspelled on Y#213a.6) or MANCHURIAN PROVINCES (correctly spelled on Y#213a.4), and the lower peripheral legend reads 1 MACE AND 4.4 CANDAREENS, denoting the weight denomination in English. Small six-pointed rosette stops separate the legends at the left and right. The design is enclosed within a beaded inner border and an outer raised rim consistent with Fengtian Mint production. |
