| 正面描述 | The obverse features the Irish Celtic harp, the national symbol of Ireland, rendered in fine detail at center. The harp is flanked by the inscription 'ÉIRE' in traditional Gaelic script to the left, with the date '2010' appearing in the field. The design follows the standard Irish coinage convention, with the harp serving as the principal heraldic device within a plain field. |

Gaisce — the Irish word for "feat" or "achievement" — is the name of Ireland's national challenge award programme, established in 1985 under the patronage of the President of Ireland and modelled loosely on the Duke of Edinburgh's Award. This coin was issued to mark the programme's 25th anniversary. At 1.24 grams of .999 gold, it belongs to the small-format bullion-adjacent commemorative series the Central Bank produced in the late 2000s and early 2010s, none of which saw significant circulation.
