| Reverse description | The reverse presents a stylised architectural composition commemorating the Castle of Serravalle, incorporating the castle's principal entrance tower rendered in detail at the centre of the design. Flanking heraldic elephants, emblematic of the Malatesta lordship historically associated with Serravalle, are integrated into the composition alongside the coat of arms of Serravalle Castle.
