| Beschrijving keerzijde | A three-quarter bust portrait of Christopher Columbus dominates the centre of the reverse, rendered in a fine engraved style with period-appropriate attire. A sailing ship appears in the upper field behind the figure, referencing Columbus's voyages of discovery. Repeating inscriptions of CRISTOFORO COLOMBO arc around the left border in a decorative typographic arrangement. The dates 1451 and 1506, denoting the explorer's birth and death years, appear to the right of the portrait. The engraver's signature J. JIMENEZ is inscribed in the lower right field. |

No such coin exists. The euro was introduced as physical coinage in January 2002, and "Eurodollar" is an economic term referring to U.S. dollar deposits held in European banks — it has never been a denomination or currency unit issued by any Eurozone authority. A 1998-dated silver piece carrying this description is almost certainly a privately minted fantasy piece or souvenir token with no legal tender status.
