| Opschrift voorzijde | 2015 20 € SUOMI FINLAND |
| Beschrijving keerzijde | The reverse displays a large heart outline rendered in a fluid, graffiti-inspired style, dominating the field and evoking a sense of spontaneous artistic expression. Within and around the heart, the bilingual inscription 'SUOMALAINEN SISU FINSK SISU' is inscribed in the same stylised lettering, referencing the Finnish national concept of perseverance and grit. The textured background field contrasts with the smooth, incised lines of the heart motif, lending depth to the composition. The overall design reflects a contemporary artistic approach characteristic of Finnish commemorative coinage. |

| Aanvullende informatie |
Sisu — the Finnish concept of stoic perseverance under pressure — was chosen as the subject of this issue partly because it resists direct translation, which made it an unusual choice for a commemorative whose purpose is communication. The Mint of Finland has periodically issued coins exploring intangible cultural concepts, and this sits among the more philosophically ambitious of those efforts.
Struck in sterling, the .925 fineness reflects Finland's standard for collector silver issues of this period rather than any particular historical convention.
