Reverse description The common European reverse design depicts a relief map of the European continent set against a background of fine lines, surrounded by the twelve stars of the European Union arranged in a circle. The denomination '20' appears prominently to the left of the map, with the inscription 'EURO CENT' to the right. The designer's initials 'LL' appear within the design, attributed to Luc Luycx. The overall composition is dynamic and cartographic in character, consistent with the second-series euro cent reverse introduced in 2007.
