| Obverse description | The central field displays the national coat of arms of Liberia, depicting a sailing ship at sea beneath a palm tree with a rising sun in the background, flanked by a dove in flight and a plow, all enclosed within a shield surmounted by a scroll bearing the motto THE LOVE OF LIBERTY BROUGHT US HERE. The legend REPUBLIC OF LIBERIA arcs along the upper periphery of the inner circle, with the date 2025 divided on either side of the shield. Below the arms, the denominations and fineness are inscribed: 20 DOLLARS and .999 FINE SILVER 2 OZ. The entire inner device is bordered by a dotted circle, beyond which an extensively detailed outer border is populated with high-relief silhouettes and skeletal renderings of numerous dinosaur species rendered in antique finish. |

| Reverse description | The reverse presents an intensely dramatic, ultra-high relief portrait of a Tyrannosaurus rex depicted from a three-quarter frontal angle, its massive jaws agape and bared teeth rendered with exceptional sculptural detail. The creature's textured hide, deeply set eye, and muscular neck and shoulder are modelled in bold relief, conveying ferocious vitality. The surrounding field is densely engraved with prehistoric fern fronds and foliage, enhancing the naturalistic Mesozoic environment. The composition fills the entire coin surface to the rim, with no legends or inscriptions, allowing the paleontological subject matter to dominate in a purely pictorial treatment. The antique finish accentuates the deep relief and shadow play across the design. |
