Liberia produced a long series of foreign-themed commemorative silver dollars around the turn of the millennium, largely marketed to Western collectors rather than circulated domestically. This "20 Dollars Sweden" piece is part of that program — coins that were legal tender in name only, struck by contract mints and sold almost entirely through mail-order dealers and home shopping channels.
None of these saw Liberian circulation.
