A fantasy note themed after the in-game currency of Obsidian Entertainment's 2010 RPG Fallout: New Vegas, produced as a collector item rather than any form of scrip or promotional material officially tied to the franchise. The NCR dollar's notorious in-game inflation — by the events of the game, the currency has devalued to roughly 40% of its face value against caps — is presumably what makes the $20 denomination feel appropriately on-brand.
John Michael Henderton appears nowhere in official Fallout lore; the signature is original to this 2021 production.
