附加信息

Hutt River Province — formally the Principality of Hutt River — was a self-declared micronation in Western Australia, established in 1970 by Leonard Casley after a dispute with the state government over wheat quotas. It never received international recognition, but that did not stop it from issuing an extensive series of coins, stamps, and passports for decades. This piece commemorates Bill Clinton's January 1993 inauguration, a foreign political event with no obvious connection to a wheat farm outside Northampton, Western Australia.

The X# prefix in Krause's catalog designates it as a non-standard issue — effectively a fantasy or medallic piece with no legal tender basis anywhere.
