Description de l’avers	At centre-left, a large intaglio-printed lion's head vignette in three-quarter profile serves as the principal HSBC emblem, set against a fine guilloche underprint in blue and teal tones; a vignette of the HSBC headquarters building in Hong Kong appears to the left. The denomination numeral '20' is printed in red and teal at upper left, with a holographic lion's head security patch at upper right, and the bank title in English and Chinese runs across the top centre. The promise-to-pay clause, denomination in Chinese and English, and the Executive Director signature line are arranged to the right of the central vignette.
