This is not a legitimate banknote and has no place in a serious numismatic catalog. Gold-plated "collectibles" based on U.S. currency are novelty items mass-produced by private marketing companies — Franklin Mint variants and their imitators flooded the market from the 1970s onward. They carry no face value, no legal tender status, and the gold content is negligible, typically a micron or less of electroplating over base metal or paper stock.
Collector resale value is essentially nil beyond the original retail price, which itself was inflated.
