Issued under the Royal Canadian Mint's ongoing licensed pop-culture collector series, this piece appeared in 2016 — the same year Warner Bros. released the DC Extended Universe's first feature incorporating the character, generating considerable commercial momentum for associated merchandise including numismatic issues.
