P#CS1 is not a standard circulation note — it is a collector souvenir card issued by the Central Bank of Belize, with a peccary vignette borrowed from the regular series mounted on a hybrid substrate incorporating gold foil. These were sold directly to collectors and never entered circulation.
The "CS" prefix in the Pick numbering convention designates souvenir cards specifically, a category that expanded significantly in the 1980s as central banks discovered modest revenue in philatelic-style sales to numismatists.
