| Beschrijving keerzijde | Three tumbling snowflakes are depicted in dynamic arrangement across the reverse field, each centred upon a Montana Blue Swarovski crystal element in the form of a heart, inlaid into the silver surface. The snowflakes are rendered with delicate, symmetrical branching arms characteristic of dendritic ice crystals, creating a visually striking interplay between the frosted silver finish and the vivid blue crystals. The legend 'CANADA' and the date '2011' appear in the field, with the engraver's initials 'KW' also present. |

| Aanvullende informatie |
Part of the Royal Canadian Mint's ongoing colored crystal series, this issue uses a Swarovski crystal — sourced from the Austrian manufacturer whose elements the RCM incorporated into multiple collector releases during this period. The "Montana Blue" designation refers to a specific crystal colorway in the Swarovski catalog, not a reference to the American state or any Canadian geographic feature.
Mintage was capped at 10,000 pieces, consistent with the RCM's tight limits on crystal-inset issues to manage the hand-finishing required for each coin.
