Part of the RCM's long-running fine silver $20 series, which launched in 2011 and eventually produced well over a hundred distinct issues, this piece depicts the annual sound-and-light show projected onto the Centre Block of Parliament Hill in Ottawa. The show itself, originally called "Canada, From Sea to Sea," dates to Expo 67 and has run every summer since — one of the longest-running free public spectacles in Canadian history.
