Additional information

The "Holiday" collector series launched by the Royal Canadian Mint in the early 2000s targeted the seasonal gift market directly, positioning fine silver issues as an alternative to traditional Christmas gifts. Mintages were kept deliberately low to sustain secondary market premiums, a strategy the RCM refined aggressively through this period as bullion revenues alone proved insufficient to fund its broader operations.

KM#734 is a one-year type with no predecessor or successor sharing its exact design.
