| Obverse description | Central design features a large representation of the Liberty Bell rendered in high relief, with the word LIBERTY inscribed across its yoke. Superimposed upon the bell is a diademed effigy of King Charles III facing right, set within the bell's body. The denomination $20 appears to the right of the effigy.
