The central vignette is dominated by the imposing granite inselberg Voltzberg, rendered in detailed intaglio engraving against a light sky; a vignette of the red mangrove (Rhizophora mangle) occupies the left side with its scientific name inscribed below. Guilloche rosettes appear in the upper right, with the denomination in large numerals at lower right and a vertical colour-shifting security strip running through the centre.
