Obverse description Orange and black bicolour note with a central intaglio vignette of a classical female figure wearing a laurel wreath, set within an oval frame flanked by cherub supporters. Large orange 'XX' denomination counters appear to either side of the central vignette, with the bank title 'THE WEYBURN SECURITY BANK' in bold letters across the upper portion and the inscription 'DOMINION OF CANADA' above. The imprint of the American Bank Note Co., Ottawa is present at the lower margin, and the date 'WEYBURN, SASK. JAN. 3rd 1911' appears at the lower right.

Reverse description Executed entirely in orange, the reverse displays an elaborate guilloche lathe-work design centred on a large '20' numeral within interlocking rosette and scroll patterns. 'THE WEYBURN' arches above the central motif, with 'SECURITY BANK' in a straight legend at the lower border. Corner pieces carry the numeral '20' in each quadrant, and the overall design is filled with dense engine-turned ornamental work typical of early twentieth-century North American bank note printing.
