Thomas De La Rue has printed Jordanian currency almost without interruption since the Hashemite Kingdom's earliest banknote issues in the 1950s, and this long-run 20 Dinar series reflects that continuity — the plate design remained essentially unchanged across nearly two decades of consecutive printings, with date updates constituting the only meaningful variation between most years in the series.

P#37 is worth checking carefully at the date panel. Some collectors conflate annual print runs that differ in signature combinations, as the Governor and Controller signatures on Jordanian notes changed several times between 2002 and 2021 without triggering a new Pick number assignment.
