Designed and printed domestically by ZIN but never released, this note was cancelled at the distribution stage as Yugoslavia's monetary authorities reconsidered the denomination structure in the early 1950s. The FNRJ series was already politically charged — the Tito-Stalin split of 1948 had severed Yugoslavia from Soviet bloc printing arrangements, pushing Belgrade to expand ZIN's output considerably — and several values from this run were prepared but withheld.
Petrović worked across multiple denominations in the series. His involvement here is one of the few consistent threads in what was otherwise a fragmented, committee-driven production cycle.
