At right, a portrait of a young woman in Art Nouveau style is set within an elaborate oval frame, with the large denomination numeral 20 in a guilloche panel below centre and two facsimile signatures of the Gouverneur and Generalrat at lower left; a red ROMANIA TIMBRU SPECIAL overprint stamp appears on the note. |
